Clients within the AIM program may have a significant deficit in communication and interaction, and/or repeated behaviors or interests, that impact their quality of life. AIM program works directly with the client and their care team to implement a person-driven treatment plan and training goals, contriving opportunities to focus on client skill-development.&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Our work is challenging and rewarding!       <title>Social Services Program Manager / Social Services Case Manager</title>

The Case Manager participates as a member of the management team in maintaining quality and continuity of care. The person in this position will, along with other members of the management team, provide leadership and guidance; and provide oversight to direct support professionals. Responsible for staff development; parent and family education; learning individuals care prior to admittance and educating others on care; assisting with housing for individuals and admits. Works collaboratively with all other disciplines to ensure all needs are met for the individuals. Responsible for hiring all direct support professionals, ensuring they are oriented and prepared to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a direct care position. Supervises all direct support professionals, including progressive discipline, performance evaluation, competency, and compliance with policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with all state regulations, including but not limited to licensing requirements, for the provision of care. Schedules staff for program and responsible for education and orientation on the individuals plans, and forms for documentation.
